Of course, we render technical support via e-mail. Due to present-day situation e-mail communication cannot be regarded as absolutely reliable. Some letters get lost due to severe measures taken by providers against illegal spam mailings.

We do not want any of your and our letters to get lost. This is why we recommend using e-mail only if there is no other way to get in touch with us. Our forum is a good alternative to e-mail. If your message is of personal character, you can always leave a private message.
